Provides a build target that automatically enables auto-merge on pull requests opened by Dependabot, allowing dependency update PRs to merge once their required checks pass.

ICheckPrForBreakingChanges

Provides a build target that checks a pull request for breaking changes to the public API surface and reports the result back to GitHub as a check run.

IWaitForCopilotReview

Provides a build target that blocks until GitHub Copilot has finished reviewing a pull request. This fills the gap where GitHub cannot natively wait for a Copilot review before completing an auto-merge, allowing the target to be sequenced ahead of an auto-merge step.
